4. Client Responsibilities

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

5. Quotes, Proposals & Project Scope

All quotations and proposals provided by Veenso are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.

If the project scope changes after work has begun, additional time, resources, or costs may be required. Any significant changes will be discussed with you before additional work is carried out.

Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as a separate project or billed as additional work.

6. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Monthly services are billed in advance.
  • Late payments may result in delays or temporary suspension of services.

Payments already made for completed work are generally non-refundable.

Any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

7. Project Timelines

We are committed to delivering projects within agreed timeframes whenever reasonably possible. However, delivery dates may be affected by factors such as:

  • Delayed client feedback
  • Missing project materials
  • Changes to project scope
  • Third-party platform delays
  • Technical issues outside our control

If unexpected delays occur, we will communicate with you promptly and work together to establish a revised timeline.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, content, trademarks, and other assets provided by you remain your property.

By sharing these materials with Veenso, you grant us permission to use them solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

Unless otherwise stated, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you after all outstanding payments have been received in full.

Veenso retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, frameworks, methodologies, software, and proprietary tools used during project delivery.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients.

Any non-public business information shared with Veenso during a project will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering our services.

Likewise, we ask our clients to respect any confidential information, strategies, pricing, proposals, or internal processes shared by Veenso.

Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties unless:

  • You authorize us to do so.
  • Disclosure is required by law.
  • It is necessary for trusted service providers to help deliver the agreed services under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

AI is used as a professional support tool rather than a replacement for human expertise.

All final strategies, recommendations, creative work, and deliverables are reviewed by our team before being shared with clients.

We take reasonable steps to protect confidential client information and do not intentionally use sensitive client data to train public AI models.

11. No Guarantee of Results

At Veenso, we are committed to delivering high-quality work, strategic recommendations, and professional marketing services. However, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • A fixed number of leads or sales
  • Guaranteed advertising results or return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Social media follower growth
  • Revenue increases
  • Business growth within a specific timeframe

Performance can be influenced by market conditions, competition, algorithm updates, advertising budgets, customer behavior, and other external factors.

Any case studies, examples, or previous client results shared by Veenso are intended to demonstrate our experience and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future performance.
